The Civic Centre is a municipal facility Navas culture, proximity of relationship and participation that makes everyone work, proposals and facilities to develop collective knowledge, promote socialization and interaction all participants and encourage collective participation. The Civic Center is located in Navas Island facilities occupied the former headquarters of the Guardia Civil currently includes the civic center, housing and childcare. The former barracks of the Guardia Civil was lifted in 1944 and formed a set of blocks, the highest in new plants and hundreds of homes had intended to live there because of the Guardia Civil agents moved in Barcelona progressively until it was vacated in 2007 was demolished.
