Vapor Old Library was opened on 8 October 2000 in the old factory Vapor Vell. The building, which in 1998 was declared a National Cultural Interest in the category of historical monument, a symbol of a factory architecture that has been absorbed by the city and recovered after multiple facilities for residents' demands.

The main task of the Library Old Steam is the promotion of culture, developed through a collection of over one hundred thousand documents and a range of cultural activities through book clubs, book presentations, literary workshops, storytelling, and so on.

In addition to its general cultural work, specializes in modern music. Therefore offers a unique collection specializing in music, composed of books, CDs, vinyl, music DVDs, magazines, and each month presents new musical references and program activities related to it.

It has a solar photovoltaic installation.

Hours:

Morning: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10 am to 14 pm

Afternoon: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 16 to 21 h

Morning / Afternoon: Tuesday and Friday from 10 am to 21 pm

Study room: Monday to Friday from 21 to 1am
