Sant Joan de Déu Social Services Barcelona (Creu dels Molers)
Since 1979 working in Barcelona in the care of homeless people.

The services offered by our programs address the centrality of the person in all its areas: social, labor, legal, economic, spiritual and health.

The programs offered are:
  • Residential centers: Two centers with 52 and 90 places respectively in single rooms. Work focused on the recovery of full autonomy. Short and medium stay marked by a personalized work plan that addresses all the areas needed to meet this goal.
  • Homes Program: social inclusion flats focused on comprehensive care and support aimed at the autonomy of the person.
  • Housing First Program. Model in the experimental phase where an intervention is made in flats focused on the freedom of decision of the person being cared for.
  • Awareness: Friendly School Program. Pedagogical proposal in formal education aimed at working on the topics of poverty and social exclusion.
  • Research and training. Promoters of the Master's Degree in Advanced Studies in Social Exclusion.
