They are a non-governmental and non-profit organization with a main mission: to protect at sea those people who try to reach Europe fleeing war conflicts, persecution or poverty; and also inform and train on the ground so that people who migrate can make their decisions with complete freedom and knowledge. They are dedicated to the surveillance and rescue of boats of people who need help in the Aegean Sea and the Central Mediterranean, to protect the lives of the most vulnerable in emergencies on land, and to build alternatives to irregular migration in countries such as Senegal to provide of resources to people through information and community awareness. At the same time, they continue to denounce all the injustices that are happening and no one notices.
