The community garden of Horta amb Gràcia is a space open to the neighborhood, for participation, meeting and mutual support. It facilitates learning about the environment, in which we promote biodiversity based on ecological and regenerative criteria. You will find fruit, vegetables, aromatic plants and many different animals.

We are committed to promoting a soil that contains life and organic matter, capable of producing food using nature's own resources. We collaborate with educational centers and training and professional insertion programs, training in organic horticulture, collaborations with social and health programs and services, and we participate in community projects.

We work in a network. The project aims to create environmental sustainability, neighborhood solidarity and strengthen the associative fabric. We invite entities, collectives, groups and individuals to join the project, to enjoy the space, make proposals for use and activities of interest, thus generating cooperative relationships that allow collective self-management of the space.

With this, people with mental health problems or emotional distress learn the principles of organic horticulture and acquire skills and competencies through the relationship with the community.
