GremiCarn - Guild of Butchers, Cansaladers, and Xarcuters of Barcelona and the Regions, is a non-profit business organization that for more than 125 years has defended and represented the interests of companies in the Barcelona regions specialized in the retail trade of meat and the artisanal production of traditional sausages, meat products, and cooked meals, which, with their good work, have maintained the Catalan charcuterie tradition for generations.
