Granoleta was born as a store with a different concept to the usual supermarkets.


We offer nuts, dehydrated products, flour, honey, preserves, legumes and pasta with the organic certificate. Some local products, such as flour rock flours, delta rice and local and organic eggs. In addition, the supplier of certain products is "Cal Valls", a local supplier.

At Granoleta, the customer can buy as much as he needs, thus avoiding unnecessary waste, and he also has information about the products he buys and their benefits. Buying in bulk avoids the generation of single-use plastic packaging and other packaging. The containers are made of paper, and if the customer brings their own container, they get a 5% discount.

Granoleta collaborates with the Plant for the planet foundation which aims to raise awareness among children and adults about the problems of climate change and global justice. Plant-for-the-planet works on reforestation not only as a practical and symbolic action, but also as an action to reduce the effect of climate change.

The participants of the Young TransformadorESS 2023 project relate this point to Responsible Consumption because it offers an urban garden project open to citizens, promoting urban agroecology and food sovereignty. That is why it is given the seal of #NavasSostenible.
