Empresa d'Insercio Solucions Socials Sostenibles SCCL is a non-profit organization and social initiative created in September 2019, which works to transform the economy into an activity with more social impact, more sustainable and more respectful of the environment environment Our mission and main objective is to help the employment of people and groups at risk of social exclusion, through catering and social catering services. In the same way, advise, accompany and train in the social economy within the restaurant sector and other economic sectors. In the caterers and in our ESS Shop, IDONI-Bon Cor, both the dependents and the room staff, transporters, cleaners, kitchen assistants... are people who are in a situation of exclusion risk social, that we hire and train them with the aim of inserting them into the ordinary labor market. In all our services, we use sustainable material, suppliers within the scope of ESS and proximity and manage the waste generated. In advising catering companies, we help them create social impact and be more sustainable in terms of environmental impact. In our daily work we align ourselves with the following SDGs: SDG1. Job opportunities for people who are in a situation of poverty; SDG2. They provide food to those people who do not have resources; SDG3. We incorporate healthy, fresh and chemical-free products; SDG5. Positive discrimination towards the female gender and all people have the same working conditions. Conciliation; ODS8 and ODS 10. We respect labor agreements and guarantee decent working conditions that are compatible with family life; SDG11. Our actions are based on the sustainability of the planet; SDG13. We network and collaborate between ESS entities. Our main motivation is the same as our mission, to help and accompany people in a situation of vulnerability and at risk of social and labor exclusion to insert themselves into the labor market. The scope of action is mainly in Barcelona and its metropolitan area, although the project can be in any municipality in Catalonia that is interested and has the needs for which the resource is created.
