CultRuta was born in 2008 in Barcelona, specialized from the outset in offering cultural leisure and tourism routes and services to companies, individuals and entities. They have focused on customers from Barcelona itself and the surrounding area who want to rediscover the city thoroughly, in a dynamic and fun way. They have grown, they have received awards, they have copied them, they have praised them... and with all of this they have defined how they like to work:

• Walking routes through comfortable spaces and at a leisurely pace: pleasant visits.
• Each guide uses a microphone, and the assistants receive: total freedom of movement and discretion of the group.
• Groups limited to 24 people per guide. More numerous are divided: proximity and respect for the environment.
• Official guides to all visits on the city's heritage and/or history: legality and professionalism.
