The CELB is a non-profit consumer and user cooperative that wants to provide energy services in La Bordeta and nearby neighborhoods. It is driven by individual residents and entities of the Social and Solidarity Economy of the neighborhood. The community will carry out:
- Production and distribution among its partners of renewable energy, especially that of solar origin.
- Collective studies of energy efficiency in buildings that allow the application of savings measures.
- Promotion, awareness raising and participation activities with a feminist and intersectional perspective.
