Abarka is a non-profit cooperative of social initiative, which was born from the need to self-organize as migrant and racialized people.

The objective is to provide solutions to certain problems arising from racism, both in the workplace and in the social sphere.

They believe in the power of gastronomy, as a tool, both to generate job opportunities for people in the community, and to empower these same people, highlighting the richness of African cultures.
