The Global Health Institute of Barcelona (ISGlobal) develops its scientific activity with a translational approach and in collaboration with multiple partners and collaborators focused on two major research areas: on the one hand, infectious diseases and on the other hand, non-communicable diseases and the environment. Its multidisciplinary approach makes it possible to approach projects from different scientific fields, ranging from molecular biology to clinical research or epidemiology.
