Inout Hostel is a special hotel and restaurant work center opened in 2005 by Icària Iniciatives Socials , a non-profit organization. It was the first CET dedicated to the hotel service in Europe and currently 96% of its workforce is made up of disabled workers, mostly intellectuals. It shares with the main companies in the tourism sector some objectives: to offer the best service to the client and to generate a sufficient level of resources to obtain benefits, obtaining scores of satisfaction of the client over 80%.

It is located in a privileged setting in the Collserola Natural Park with a metro station (zone 1) 300 meters uphill to the reception. It offers almost 200 beds in shared rooms for four, six and ten people.
