Returning to families the warmth and support of a "home away from home", the gift of everyday life, is our main mission, because we think that for a hospitalized child, having his parents close is an important part of his recovery.

To this end, since 1997 in Spain, the Ronald McDonald Children's Foundation has been building and maintaining homes located near the best pediatric hospitals in the country: the Ronald McDonald Homes.
