It is a group of professionals dedicated to the administration of real estate assets. Its activity includes the provinces of Barcelona and Lleida and brings together a total of 2,400 members who administer almost 80% of the homes in the area of influence.
The functions of the College are:
ENSURE that professional activity, based on ethical principles, is appropriate to the interests and rights of citizens, being one of the main pillars of preserving the fundamental Right to Housing. It also ensures the conservation and administration of property and real estate assets.
DEFEND the professional interests of its members by avoiding malpractice and unfair competition.
ORGANIZE activities with social and cultural content for its members.
ARBITRATE and act as a mediator in conflicts that arise between members, between members and their clients and between members' clients.
ISSUES reports and opinions on issues that fall within the professional scope of its colleagues.
VISAR professional jobs.
REPRESENT the general interests of the profession before the Administration and before other representative institutions of regional and state level.
PROMOTE agreements with other entities, organizations or schools within their sphere of influence.
TRAIN AND RECYCLE by offering University training to future members through the official undergraduate university studies. It also periodically organizes professional training courses, to update and expand the knowledge of both members and their employees and collaborators.
And in addition to all the functions necessary to achieve the collegial goals that are considered favorable for professional interests.
