We are an association that aims to train and disseminate sustainability in catering. The members are catering professionals, trainers and experts in sustainability. It is a community open to all professionals who have sustainability in catering as one of their main tasks, so that they achieve their goals, and in addition to satisfying the needs of the present, protect and promote opportunities for future generations.
