The constant search for jobs that adapt to the capabilities of our collective have led the TEB Cooperative Group to promote a cooperative that focuses its activity in the environmental field. Caring for nature boosts self-esteem in many people with intellectual disabilities and allows them to develop personally and professionally. TEB Verd started with gardening tasks and cleaning and maintenance of natural spaces and in recent years has made the leap to organic agriculture with the cultivation of quality mushrooms.

The roof is in the building of the cooperative group TEB, a social initiative for the social and work integration of people with intellectual disabilities. Its staff is responsible for the construction and maintenance of the roof. It is designed as an ecological, integrative and sustainable space project. The cover uses Mediterranean species that promote the presence of bees and other pollinating insects and pest controllers. It also includes areas for enjoyment by users and areas for cultivation, space for making compost that takes advantage of the remains of the dining room and gardening work and stores rainwater for irrigation. It also has photovoltaic generation and wind generation.
