SEBA The association The SEBA Association (Basic Autonomous Energy Services) is an expert non-profit association dedicated to the design, installation, maintenance and management of photovoltaic installations and other renewable energy systems. Since 1989, they have been working to support new users and communities in their energy sovereignty. SEBA was founded more than 30 years ago to respond to the need to advise and train users of the first rural electrification programs with autonomous photovoltaic solar energy. In recent years they have specialized in advice, dissemination, training and capacity building on energy saving and efficiency. All aimed at promoting a new energy culture, based on sustainability, demand reduction, energy efficiency and renewable energies. At the same time, thanks to their experience and consolidation, for years they have worked on inter-cooperation and international cooperation projects in the field of social, ecological and economic development. Its activity is part of the Social and Solidarity Economy. Thus, they work and cooperate with other entities and are part of Batec, the cooperative pole for the Energy Transition, of which they are founders. They also participate in platforms and networks such as the Solidarity Economy Network of Catalonia (XES), the Energy Sovereignty Network (XSE) and Barcelona + Sostenible, among others.
