The (S)àvies pel clima del Poble Sec are a group of people over 60 years of age with whom, from the Espigoladors Foundation , we have been working to recover, expand and share their knowledge regarding food and culinary culture.

The (S)àvies have thus become activists and at the same time speakers to promote more sustainable eating habits . After promoting an initial phase of training and knowledge exchange, the (S)àvies have promoted various actions such as cooking workshops and tastings of use, gleanings, participation in festivals and fairs... in order to promote food sovereignty in a practical and experiential way among the citizens of Barcelona.

A project promoted by the Espigoladors Foundation with the collaboration of ABD-ONG and Rezero and with the support of Barcelona City Council.
