Mission
The mission of the NGO Nutrition Without Borders is to contribute to the reduction of nutrition inequalities in the world on the basis of human rights, from the perspective of cooperation, training and empowerment, promoting the balanced use of food resources and solidarity between peoples, in line with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.

History
Nutrition Without Borders was born from a multidisciplinary group of health and social professionals and academics with the aim of working to reduce malnutrition in the world. The organization begins its work under the auspices of the Spanish Society of Community Nutrition (SENC) and the UNESCO Chair in Research, Planning and Development of Health Systems of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) with the The aim is to respond to current nutritional needs in the field of public health.
