We look up at the path that has taken us here and observe the magnificent views of the city of Barcelona. From here we can even see the sea.
We enjoy for a moment the pleasure of contemplating, of taking a deep breath and looking at everything we see.
And if we turn around, we can enjoy a unique perspective of the typical vegetation of this area, such as the beautiful savanna meadows on the sunny side of the Collserola Park.
This plant community is very interesting from the point of view of biodiversity as it is composed of several plant species such as beetle (
Hyparrhenia hirta ), strip (
Brachypodium sp.), White heads (
Alyssum maritimum ), fennel (
Foeniculum vulgare ) and the belt (
Convolvulus althaeoides ) among others.
There are two typical insects of this plant community such as the grasshopper (
Brachycrotaphus tryxalicerus ) and the bedbug (
Vibertiola cinerea ).
It is also home to several species of reptiles such as the long-tailed lizard (
Psammodromus algius ), brown lizard (
Podarcis liolepis ), ocellated lizard (
Timon lepidus ), white snake (
Zamenis scalaris ), green snake (
Malpolon monspessulanum ) and ll snake.
Coronella girondica ).
As for mammals, the wild boar (
Sus scrofa ) stands out for being a fairly common species, there are also the forest mouse (
Apodemus sylvaticus ), the Algerian mouse (
Mus spretus ) and the common mouse (
Mus musculus ). . And if we are privileged observers we can see genets (
Genetta genetta ) and foxes (
Vulpes vulpes ).
