Cannibal is a neighborhood bookstore, based on proximity. Una llibreria de fons de publicacions en català i castellà, amb novetats en diàleg amb títols publicats els darrers vint-i-cinc anys que ens semblen d'actualitat. A general and plural bookstore, where we come to music and cooking from transfeminisms, anti-capitalism and decolonial critiques. We like that you ask us, recommend titles and take care of your orders.
The sections of the library are: press and magazines, arts, comics, movies and self-publishing, literature, stories, feminisms, sex / gender dissent, health, ecology, media, philosophy, politics, geopolitics, anti-racism, education, children.
We also make specialized bibliographies, do not hesitate to ask us for one for your research or for the library of your organization.
The local cannibal is home to two agro-ecological groups, the consumer cooperative La Garangola and the EcoHorta La vall de Montsoriu. It is also a meeting place: self-managed presentations, workshops and reading groups, such as the already famous Subversive Media Group. Ask us how to join one of our groups or how to form a new one.
