Located between Alfons XII, Laforja and Madrazo streets, it occupies part of what used to be the estate of the Ferrer Vidal family. It contains a 3-storey building from 1843 that was a farmhouse, a second residence and finally the main residence. It was originally a garden with sitting areas and plenty of shade.
Preserved vegetation from the old garden including a bottle tree ( Brachychiton populneus ), a jacaranda ( Jacaranda mimosifolia ), a bellaombra ( Phytolacca dioica ) next to the house, two elephant foot yuccas ( Yucca elephantipes ), set of olive trees ( Olea europaea ), dogwoods ( Ligustrum sp.), cypresses ( Cupressus sp.), pittospores ( Pittosporum tobira ), cockles ( Cocculus laurifolius ) and Australian pines ( Casuarina cunninghamiana ).
