On February 1, 2013 came into operation multidisciplinary this equipment with the aim of offering a multipurpose space and the seat of the office of the Comprehensive Plan of Trinidad Vella. Its purpose is:

Encourage participation.
Socio extend the offer. With new content and community health and cultural demands to contribute to the development of the Trinity Community Vella
To provide organizations more meeting spaces.
To promote the creation of new groups, so they get to be configured as part of the social and educational Old Trinity, as well as support informal groups with cultural and social projects
