The Vida Sana Association is a non-profit organization declared to be of public benefit that since 1981 has been dedicated to promoting organic agriculture and healthy eating as a basis for a society that is fairer and more respectful of the environment . They are the organizers of the BioCultura fair, the largest responsible consumption fair in the country and which is held in Barcelona at Palau Sant Jordi.
