Casa Orlandai is a municipally owned facility managed by the Casa Orlandai Cultural Association (ACCO), according to the formula of civic management. As a neighborhood cultural center it is open to the participation of all people and entities that feel identified with its objectives.

The axes that identify the Casa Orlandai project are: "Art, coexistence and social transformation".

Casa Orlandai offers various services in the neighborhood and the district (information point of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, the Café Orlandai, Banc del Temps de Sarrià–Sant Gervasi, headquarters of the History Workshop of Sarrià...), and houses equipment linked to new technologies: Ràdio Sarrià, the open computer classroom, the wi-fi connection. It also offers a wide variety of cultural activities and training workshops. Among its services there is also the accommodation of entities, the assignment of spaces and the rental of materials
