The Friends of Fundapica Association is a non-profit organization that was created in Barcelona on January 1, 2021 for the synergy between the FUNDAPICA Integral Care and Prevention Foundation for Change in Pedraza-Barinas, Venezuela, and the Association Friends of FUNDAPICA Barcelona-Spain. The three flags in the logo reflect, precisely, the link between Venezuela, the Spanish state and the autonomous community of Catalonia.

The president, Danna Zenón Castillo, as a trans woman and a migrant from Venezuela, presents herself as the representative of our group depicted as a butterfly in the Association's logo. As trans women, we support each other for the empowerment of the most vulnerable groups, fighting against hate speech and discrimination for reasons of gender identity, sexual orientation, origin, among others.

We are a pioneering organization and mentor in the development, preparation and execution of social projects for the well-being of the most vulnerable communities and groups (women, trans, adolescents and older adults) with social strategies through Fundapica Venezuela and the Association Friends of Fundapica in Barcelona. With each person, we carry out a personal itinerary adjusted to their interests, needs and abilities with the aim of promoting their personal promotion and social participation.

Advocacy for trans people, guidance, attention and support in socio-labor insertion, job search and entrepreneurship. Continuous and professional training and training program with the "Transformation for employment: Learning by doing" project and the "Danna Zenón Training Academy".
