It is located in a section of the Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes between Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes and Sant Adrià de Besòs. It was designed by Andreu Arriola and Carme Fiol. It is a motorway with a lot of traffic, so the first intervention consisted in the installation of a series of acoustic screens to dampen the noise. The pedestrian area is divided in two by the road, through which numerous bridges and footbridges were built to connect the two sides of the Gran Via. The resulting public space was furnished with various elements, such as an elevated water channel with waterfalls that fall over several ponds, or a series of benches with different types of designs: snail, swallow, kite, spiral or boomerang .
