The Colònia Castells vegetable garden is a cooperative space where neighbors, volunteers and various social entities of the Cortes collaborate.

The orchard wants to be ecological and sustainable. We produce our compost to fertilize the soil. We also make a seedlings from then on.
A priority objective is to make a space for local participation, and integration, open to the different groups that offer social services in the neighborhood
The decisions are taken in assembly.
The orchard opens hours every day (except, for now, on Saturdays). The schedule is exposed in a billboard, and every day there is a person responsible for opening the orchard.
