Let inclusion process through a customized training. The training is an introduction to the culture of work, and through this training process we seek social balance shaft and shaft production.
Socialization is also a learning process comprising: present, interpret, communicate and experience.
We work Classroom Formative and since 2013 we created CET (Special Employment Centre) to work out some of our users.
